The challenge

TripTips works with drivers who bring customers to partner businesses. It needed a mobile app that signs drivers up properly, including US tax paperwork, records each drop-off reliably and pays drivers what they have earned without friction.

What we built

Driver onboarding

Sign-up with phone verification, driver, vehicle and business details, W-9 tax form upload and bank payout setup.

Partner business directory

Find businesses on the map or by category, with details, directions and reviews.

QR drop-offs

Each drop-off is confirmed with a QR code and kept in the driver's history.

Wallet and withdrawals

Earnings and transactions in an in-app wallet, with withdrawals by bank transfer (Aeropay), Stripe or PayPal.

Notifications

Push notifications keep drivers up to date with drop-offs and payments.

How it works

Sign upThe driver registers, adds vehicle and tax details and links a payout account.
Drop offAt a partner business, the drop-off is confirmed by scanning its QR code.
EarnEarnings land in the wallet with a full transaction history.
WithdrawThe driver withdraws to their chosen payout method.
