The challenge

Many visitors to the UK now need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) before they travel. ETA London offers an application service that helps them get it right first time.

They needed a portal that feels trustworthy, collects exactly the right details, reads passports accurately, takes payment securely and keeps applicants informed, with a back office for their team.

What we built

Guided application

A step-by-step form for personal, passport and work details and declarations, with save and exit so applicants can come back later.

Passport reading

Passport page and photo uploads read automatically with Google Cloud Vision, so details come from the document itself.

Secure payments

Judopay checkout with confirmation, cancellation and webhook handling, so every payment is matched to its application.

Applicant accounts

Registration, sign-in and password reset, an orders page, application status, and the ETA document to download.

Admin dashboard

Filter and review applications, manage admin users, and keep a log of admin activity.

How it works
