The challenge

Schulber wanted its own ride-hailing service: riders booking a trip or a goods delivery in a few taps, drivers picking up and completing jobs, and both sides following the journey live on the map.

It had to feel familiar to anyone who has used the big ride apps, and include the payments, support and safety features people expect.

What we built

Booking on the map

Pick-up and drop-off chosen on the map with place search, for rides, goods deliveries or longer outstation trips.

Live tracking

Google Maps with live location and push notifications at every stage of the trip.

Wallet and payments

In-app wallet, a choice of payment gateways, invoices for every trip and a referral programme.

Safety and support

SOS emergency contacts, complaints, and in-app chat with the support team.

Rider account

Phone sign-in, trip history, favourite places, profile and settings, in several languages.

Driver app

A separate app for drivers to receive, accept and complete trips.

How it works

BookThe rider sets pick-up and drop-off and chooses a ride or delivery.
MatchA driver accepts in the driver app; both are notified instantly.
TrackThe trip is followed live on the map until drop-off.
Pay and reviewPayment is taken from the wallet or a gateway and an invoice is issued.
