The challenge
A printed art business selling on Etsy, Amazon, eBay and Shopify had to prepare and check every order's artwork by hand before it went to print. A mistake meant a wasted print and an unhappy customer, and approvals depended on someone being at the computer.
What we built
One order queue
Orders from the marketplaces gathered into one list, with digital orders recognised automatically.
Design file preparation
Design files converted from PSD to print-ready PNG and matched to their order.
AI design check
Each design is checked by AI before it goes for approval, so obvious problems are caught early.
Approve from Telegram
Orders arrive on Telegram with approve and reject buttons, so they can be signed off from a phone.
Dashboard and history
A simple dashboard showing the QA list, system status and a log of every step.
